Our Promenades are dedicated, individual neighborhood sessions designed to support physical vitality, routine stability, and mental enrichment. Every session is handled with undivided focus and controlled environmental safety, ensuring your companion receives dedicated one-on-one attention.

GPS Tracking & Route Transparency: Every promenade is GPS-logged for operational accountability and peace of mind.
Environmental & Post-Walk Care: Visual health checks pre-walk, along with a routine paw and coat wipe-down post-walk using client-provided supplies (as tolerated by your pet).
Behavioral Reinforcement: Consistent application of positive reinforcement techniques aligned with your customized Care Plan.
Hydration & Comfort: Fresh water refresh and thermal monitoring during warm weather sessions.

Investment Details | Promenade Tiers

The Signature Promenade
(30 mins) | $30

Focused on prompt relief, fresh water refresh, and neighborhood exercise. Ideal for regular daily routines.

The Comprehensive Promenade
(60 mins) | $50

Maximum engagement for high-energy breeds requiring metabolic exercise or senior dogs requiring a gentle, unhurried pace.

Additional Companion Allocation

Base rates include dedicated handling for one (1) primary companion. A second household canine may be accommodated for +$10 per session, provided both companions can be safely guided concurrently on leash by a single steward.

Essential Guidelines & Policy Terms

Client-Provided Supplies: To maintain familiarity and environmental safety, clients supply all necessary equipment (leashes, well-fitting harnesses, waste bags, towels/wipes, and any approved treats).
Household & Service Scope: Promenades are strictly dedicated to companion care, physical safety, and routine exercise. Household maintenance, general household cleaning services, personal assistant tasks, and property oversight are excluded so focus remains entirely on your pet.
Insurance & Professional Standards: Best Friends Pet Services maintains comprehensive commercial pet care liability insurance. Our premium rates reflect rigorous safety protocols, professional accountability, and complete peace of mind for your companion and estate during every assignment.
Daylight Hours Only: Promenades are conducted during daylight hours for optimal visibility and safety. Evening care is conducted via Companion Visits.
Health & Safety Standards: Proof of current Rabies vaccination and county licensing is strictly required prior to service initiation.
Short-Notice Scheduling: Requests submitted inside our 72-business-hour administrative window for existing clients, or within the 14-day window for new clients, are considered short-notice requests. If calendar capacity permits placement, a Short-Notice Surcharge of up to 100% applies.
Holiday Surcharge: A +$10 supplemental rate applies per session on major holidays.

Onboarding & Next Steps

All new walking partnerships begin with an In-Person Intake Visit to evaluate leash dynamics, assess neighborhood route safety, verify harness mechanics, and review home entry protocols.

Advance Notice Standard: In-person visits must be requested at least 14 days (2 weeks) prior to your desired service initiation date.
Intake Retainer: To dedicate private calendar time and travel logistics, a $30 Intake & Reservation Deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This deposit is credited 100% toward your initial promenade invoice upon booking. (Deposits are non-refundable in the event of client cancellation or no-show).
