Unlike the standard industry model, my practice is built on Active Stewardship. I do not bring external work to my residencies. My time is never divided between your companion and a screen; I am fully tuned into their behavior, baseline, and physiological rhythm. This high-density presence ensures a level of safety that distracted care simply cannot provide.

Note on Professional Readiness: While a residency covers a 24-hour cycle, I maintain a standard human rhythm—including sleeping on-site—to ensure I am rested and fully prepared to act as your companion’s vigilant advocate. This dedicated overnight presence ensures immediate response capabilities and continuous residential security.

Cycle & Departure Logistics:

• The 24-Hour Block: Base rates cover a precise 24-hour cycle from check-in to check-out and include a standard 3-hour professional break allowance.

• Extended Care Stewardship: Stays extending past the 24-hour cycle on your final day are structured to protect afternoon scheduling blocks:

  • 0–2 Hour Extension: Complimentary Grace Period.

  • 2–8 Hour Extension: Applied at 50% of the Total Nightly Household Rate.

  • 8+ Hour Extension: Applied at 100% of the Total Nightly Household Rate.

• Essential Puppy Foundation: 

$124 / night

Developmental stewardship tailored for companions under one year. This premium protocol focuses on high-frequency relief intervals and the consistent, structure-driven reinforcement of your puppy’s established training routines and socialization baselines.

• High-Frequency Stewardship: 

(Custom Investment) 

For companions requiring frequent relief intervals, specialized enrichment, or close medical monitoring. This enhanced protocol compresses the standard break window, ensuring the provider is never away from the residence for more than two (2) hours at a time. Supplemental rates are determined by on-site acuity and scheduling density.

• Exclusive Constant Care: 

(Custom Investment) 

Uninterrupted 24-hour oversight for post-operative recovery or acute anxiety. Supplemental rates are tailored to the specific acuity and requirements of the residency.
