Beyond companion care, an overnight stay provides the practical benefit of an active, professional presence on your property. While a commercial kennel leaves your home completely vacant, my stay means your home remains occupied, quiet, and supervised during my assignment.

Our Daily Overnight Standard

Unlike standard care models, I do not treat your home as a remote workspace or bring laptops to my assignments. My time is never divided between your companion and an outside corporate job. I am fully dialed into their schedule, behavior, and basic safety.

• Safety-First Engagement: Providing structured physical and mental activity tailored to your companion's specific physical needs—from neighborhood promenades to senior mobility support.

• Environmental Stability: Watchful oversight of your pet's immediate environment, keeping entry doors locked and maintaining a secure, stable space.

Note on Professional Readiness: While a residency covers a 24-hour cycle, I maintain a standard human rhythm—including sleeping on-site—to ensure I am rested and fully prepared to look after your companion.

Investment Details

Standard Nightly Rates

• The Distinguished Residency: 

$100 / night

• Holiday Service: 

$125 / night

• Additional Companion (Canine):

+$40 / night

• Additional Companion (Feline): 

+$20 / night

Please Note: While direct private bookings allow us to bypass platform service fees, my standard multi-pet rates and residency tiers remain standardized across both my private firm and booking platforms to ensure streamlined scheduling and billing continuity.

Supplies & Inventory: To protect the unique environmental and material sensitivities of your home, clients are required to provide 100% of all necessary companion supplies and surface-safe cleaning agents for the duration of the residency. BFPS does not provide or subsidize household material inventory.

Short-Notice Booking Surcharge: Any service request inside a seventy-two (72) hour administrative window for established clients, or a seven (7) day window for new clients, is considered an emergency placement. Placement within these compressed timeframes is strictly subject to availability and is never guaranteed. Accepted emergency bookings are subject to a non-negotiable Short-Notice Premium of up to 100% of the baseline rate to cover accelerated administrative processing, liability review, and scheduling disruptions.

Cycle & Departure Logistics:

• The 24-Hour Block: Base rates cover a precise 24-hour cycle from check-in to check-out and include a standard 3-hour professional break allowance.

• Extended Care Logistics: Stays extending past the 24-hour cycle on your final day are structured as follows:

  • 0–2 Hour Extension: Complimentary Grace Period.

  • 2–8 Hour Extension: Applied at 50% of the Total Nightly Household Rate.

  • 8+ Hour Extension: Applied at 100% of the Total Nightly Household Rate.

• Operational Availability: To maintain our signature gold standard of care and ensure peak operational readiness, our practice enforces a mandatory 72-hour buffer between overnight residencies. Back-to-back bookings cannot be accommodated.

Specialized Enhancements

• Essential Puppy Foundation: 

$125 / night

Developmental care tailored for companions under one year old. This service focuses on high-frequency relief intervals and the consistent, structure-driven reinforcement of your puppy’s established training routines and socialization baselines.

• High-Frequency Stewardship: 

(Custom Investment) 

For companions navigating active medical routines (such as specialized medication schedules administered under owner direction), senior mobility challenges, or frequent relief intervals. This enhanced service compresses the standard break window, ensuring I am never away from the residence for more than two (2) hours at a time. Service tiers are determined exclusively by the provider based on current complexity.

• Exclusive Constant Care: 

(Custom Investment) 

Uninterrupted 24-hour oversight for pets recovering from surgery or experiencing acute separation anxiety. Supplemental rates are tailored to the specific requirements of the assignment.

Note on Service Scope:

• Capacity Standard: To maintain the highest safety standards, we service a maximum of five (5) total companions per household.

• Specialized Focus: Residencies are strictly dedicated to companion care and environmental safety. General household management or cleaning services are excluded to ensure my undivided attention remains on your companion(s).

• Health Documentation: Verifiable proof of Rabies vaccination (for dogs/cats) is required for all partnerships.
