Investment Details | Residency Tiers

Daytime Residency Blocks

• • Half-Day Residency (4 Hours) | $100

Dedicated 4-hour in-home supervision block. Includes routine execution, feeding, relief breaks, interactive enrichment, and environmental oversight for one primary companion.

• Full-Day Residency (8 Hours) | $200

Dedicated 8-hour full-day in-home supervision block. Includes continuous household presence, structured relief/walk rotations, feeding, and complete estate oversight for one primary companion.

Nightly & 24-Hour Residencies

• The 12-Hour Nightly Residency | $100 / night

Overnight care covering a continuous 12-hour block (e.g., 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM). Includes evening meal, bedtime routine, overnight stay on-site, morning exercise, and fresh breakfast.

• The 24-Hour Complete Residency | $200 / night

Our premier 24-hour dedicated in-home stewardship (includes sleeping on-site and a standard 4-hour professional break allowance).

Overnight Stay Extensions & Residency Logistics

• Overnight Cycle Extensions: For multi-day, 24-Hour Residencies, stays extending past the 24-hour cycle on the final departure day are structured as follows:

  • 0–2 Hour Extension: Complimentary grace period.

  • 2–8 Hour Extension: Applied at 50% of the Total Nightly Household Rate.

  • 8+ Hour Extension: Applied at 100% of the Total Nightly Household Rate.

• Mandatory Residency Buffer: To ensure peak operational readiness, safety standards, and service quality, a minimum 72-hour administrative buffer is enforced between overnight residencies across different households. Depending on assignment intensity, extended buffers may be scheduled at the provider’s discretion. Back-to-back residency bookings across separate households are strictly prohibited.
