We do not monitor, record, or store any information captured by client-owned surveillance devices. The client agrees that the use and placement of these devices must strictly adhere to the privacy boundaries set forth in our Terms & Conditions, specifically prohibiting monitoring or recording in areas where the provider has a reasonable expectation of privacy (e.g., bathrooms, bedrooms, and designated rest areas during The Distinguished Residency). Captured footage of Care Providers is for private security only and may not be published or shared without express written consent.
