Best Friends Pet Services LLC requires clients to fully disclose the location and nature of any video, audio, or other surveillance devices (including smart doorbells) on the property prior to service commencement. This is a mandatory requirement outlined in our Terms & Conditions to ensure the safety and privacy of our Pet Care Providers.
5.2 Provider Privacy and Data Non-Collection
We do not monitor, record, or store any information captured by client-owned surveillance devices. Data captured by these devices is managed solely by the client. The client agrees that the use and placement of these devices must strictly adhere to the privacy boundaries set forth in our Terms & Conditions, specifically prohibiting monitoring or recording in areas where the provider has a reasonable expectation of privacy (e.g., bathrooms, bedrooms, and designated rest areas).
