Every session is handled with the mindfulness and expertise your companion deserves.

Mindful Wellness & Nutrition: We ensure meals are served according to your specific instructions and that fresh, filtered water is always available.
Species-Specific Enrichment: Dedicated time for interactive play, habitat exploration, or gentle companionship tailored to your pet's personality—from feline enrichment to tortoise habitat maintenance.
Professional Safety & Hygiene: Meticulous maintenance of litter boxes, enclosures, and habitats to ensure a hygienic environment.
Medication Administration: We provide administration of oral or topical medications as required, adhering to professional safety standards.
Waste & Environment Management: Professional management of outdoor potty breaks for dogs and prompt, discreet cleanup of any indoor accidents.
Household Security & Stewardship: We provide basic home maintenance—including mail retrieval (up to 30 lbs), light/blind rotation, and trash management—to maintain a secure, "lived-in" appearance.
Transparent Communication: You will receive a Digital Wellness Report after every visit via our secure portal. These updates include GPS verification, photos, and professional observations regarding your companion’s activities and behavior during our time together.

The Gold Circle (Wellness Packages)
We curate our packages around the Voyager tier to provide optimal time for thorough enrichment without rushing essential tasks. Note: Package rates cover the first pet.
The Daily Voyager Pass (2 x 45 min visits/day): 90 (10 Savings)
The ideal solution for pets remaining home for 24+ hours.
The Weekender Voyager Pass (5 x 45 min visits): 220 (30 Savings)

Essential Care Fees
Additional Companion Fee: +5 per pet, per visit (Applies to pets 2 through 5).
Elite Puppy Foundation: +15 per puppy, per visit (Required for all dogs under 1 year).
The 5-Pet Standard: To maintain professional liability and safety standards, we service a maximum of 5 domestic animals. Households with 6+ companions require a customized stewardship quote.

To ensure the safety and professional precision of our care, we require the following standards:
Verified Health Documentation: Verifiable proof of Rabies vaccination (for dogs/cats) must be uploaded to your Time To Pet profile and approved prior to confirming any service or Private Consultation.
Preventative Care: All dogs and cats must be on a consistent, veterinarian-recommended flea/tick prevention program.
Identification: Dogs and cats should wear secure collars with current ID tags; microchipping is strongly encouraged.
Behavioral Transparency: Full disclosure of medical history, allergies, and behavioral challenges (including reactivity or resource guarding) is mandatory for safe care.
Household Access: Reliable entry (keys, lockbox, or smart code) must be provided at the time of the Private Consultation.
Digital-First Communication: To ensure the highest level of accuracy and safety, all care instructions, schedules, and special requests must be managed through your secure Time To Pet profile. We do not accept handwritten notes or verbal-only instructions to ensure no detail of your companion's care is ever overlooked.
Right to Refuse & Professional Discretion: To maintain the Gold Standard of safety and the integrity of our professional environment, Best Friends Pet Services LLC reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a care agreement at any time. This includes cases where a companion’s temperament poses a risk to themselves or the care provider, or where a client’s requests fall outside our established Stewardship Protocol. We are committed to a partnership of mutual respect and professional alignment.

Service Windows: Generally available between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Tuesday through Saturday.
Administrative Stewardship: Sundays and Mondays are reserved for administrative management, Private Consultations, and professional recharging. While we prioritize our rest days, limited availability may be accommodated for established clients and is subject to a Priority (Same-Day) Surcharge.
Holiday Observance: We are honored to provide care on major holidays. A +15 Holiday Surcharge applies per visit.
Priority (Same-Day) Surcharge: Requests made with less than 24-hour notice incur a +10 Priority Surcharge to accommodate necessary logistical adjustments.
Professional Cancellation: To maintain our boutique schedule, we require 24-hour notice for all modifications. Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice, or inability to access the home, are billed at 100% of the scheduled rate.

For Established Clients:
Effortless Management via Time To Pet: All future wellness visits and schedule modifications are managed through your secure Client Portal.
Real-Time Updates: Through the portal, you may view your upcoming itinerary, update habitat or nutritional instructions, and communicate directly with your professional care provider.
Priority Requests: Please note our +10 Priority (Same-Day) Surcharge for requests made with less than 24-hour notice.

Our payment infrastructure is designed to provide seamless booking and total transparency. All payments are processed securely through our digital system, powered by Stripe and managed via the Time To Pet portal.
Payment Schedule
Individual Wellness Visits: Full payment is due at the time of booking to instantly secure your reservation on our calendar.
The Gold Circle (Wellness Packages): Payment for curated packages is due in full at the time of booking to finalize your exclusive recurring schedule.
Accepted Methods
Digital Payment (Preferred): We accept all major credit cards for instant confirmation and secure reservation.
Professional Invoicing: A detailed, transparent invoice is generated for every service and remains accessible in your portal at all times.
Cash Payments: While we accept cash, bookings will only be confirmed once payment is physically received and processed.

To ensure fair compensation for our professional commitments and reserved time, we adhere to the following standards:
Standard Cancellation: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made outside this window incur no charge.
Late Cancellation: Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice are billed at 100% of the scheduled rate.
Access & No-Show: If the care provider is unable to access the home or the pet is unavailable, the service is billed at 100% of the rate to cover the reserved time and logistics.
Method: All schedule modifications and cancellations must be submitted via the Time To Pet portal.
