• Final Stewardship Brief: A comprehensive update on wellness markers and behavior delivered at the conclusion of each session.

Unified Wellness Tiers

• The Signature Visit (30m): 

$30 / visit

Ideal for nutrition, hydration, and a professional safety check.

• The Vitality Visit (45m): 

$40 / visit

The recommended standard for multi-companion households, comprehensive medical administration, or technical habitat maintenance.

• The Comprehensive Visit (60m): 

$50 / visit

Designed for households requiring extended enrichment, complex wellness routines, and dedicated companionship.

Please Note: While direct private bookings allow us to bypass platform service fees, my standard multi-pet rates and baseline service investments remain standardized across both my private firm and booking platforms to ensure streamlined scheduling and billing continuity.

Supplies & Inventory: To protect the unique environmental and material sensitivities of your home, clients are required to provide 100% of necessary companion supplies and surface-safe cleaning agents for the duration of any scheduled service. BFPS does not provide or subsidize household material inventory.

Short-Notice Booking Surcharge: Any service request inside a seventy-two (72) hour administrative window for established clients, or a seven (7) day window for new clients, is considered an emergency placement. Placement within these compressed timeframes is strictly subject to availability and is never guaranteed. Accepted emergency bookings are subject to a non-negotiable Short-Notice Premium of up to 100% of the baseline service investment to cover accelerated administrative processing, liability review, and scheduling disruptions.

Additional Investment Notes:

• Multi-Companion Households: Base rates are inclusive of one (1) primary companion to prioritize dedicated, high-density focus on their individual wellness markers. Additional household companions are +$10 per pet, per visit.

• Essential Puppy Foundation: From $50 (45m) / From $60 (60m). Focused developmental care for companions under one year old. This premium protocol focuses on high-frequency relief intervals and the consistent, structure-driven reinforcement of your puppy’s established training routines and socialization baselines.

• Habitat Maintenance: +$10 per habitat. Dedicated oversight for small companions. This provides a focused window for nutritional care, water refreshment, and habitat hygiene according to your established protocols. Deep cleaning (full enclosure breakdown, substrate replacement, or scrubbing) is excluded from this rate. Note: Supplemental rates may apply for high-acuity habitats or complex specialized care routines requiring extended time beyond the standard maintenance window.

• Holiday & After-Hours: A +$10 supplemental rate applies to major holidays and any visits scheduled outside our core operational window (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM).

• Travel & Logistics: A logistical travel surcharge may apply for residences outside our primary service hub. Final investment is confirmed via your custom quote.

Note on Service Scope:

• Capacity Standard: To maintain the highest safety standards, we service a maximum of five (5) total companions per household.

• Specialized Focus: Wellness Visits are strictly dedicated to companion care and environmental safety. General household management or cleaning services are excluded to ensure my undivided attention remains on your companion(s).

• Health Documentation: Verifiable proof of Rabies vaccination (for dogs/cats) is required for all partnerships.
