  • This first step allows us to determine our availability and ensure we are a good match for your pet care request.

    • Action: Please scroll to the bottom of this page and complete the secure Initial Inquiry Form below.

  • If your request aligns with our service area and availability, you will receive a link to our secure online Client & Pet Profile via our client portal (Time To Pet). Completing this profile is mandatory before any in-person meeting.

    • Action: Complete all essential details about your pets' routines, medical history, and unique personalities. You must also upload your pet's current Rabies Vaccination Proof (Per T&Cs).

  • Once your profile is 100% complete and verified by our team, we will schedule your complimentary M&G. No M&G will be scheduled without a complete, verified profile.

    • Purpose: To physically meet your pet(s), confirm access, and walk through the routine details you provided in the profile.

  • Following a successful Meet & Greet, you can secure your first service.

    • Action: Pay for your service through the Time To Pet portal to instantly confirm your reservation.
